One of India's leading cellular services providers, Vodafone Essar, announced that in Dubai between the period of January 28th and February 28, 2010; there would be 'unmatched' rates for its customers roaming. On Friday, a Vodafone release said in Hyderabad that this period coincides with the World renowned shopping festival in the city.

On the outgoing calls, 40% rates would be decreased on roaming and on the incoming calls, 83% and on the data services 40% rates would be scrapped.

The release told that both Prepaid and Postpaid Vodafone customers can avail this limited period offer without any additional charges. To get benefit from these special rates, customers are required selecting the DU network in UAE.

Kumar Ramanathan, chief marketing officer, Vodafone Essar told, "We are pleased to announce the launch of this offer of our customers traveling to Dubai in this period."
