Demand of Cosmetic Surgeries on High

Cosmetic-SurgeriesTight financial conditions of the world are not dithering women from taking up cosmetic surgeries. According to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, in 2011, a rise of 5.8% in the number of women seeking cosmetic surgeries was felt.

Among all the available cosmetic surgeries, breast augmentation was mostly in demand throughout 2011. It has been informed that as many as 10,015 women opted for breast augmentation.

Rajiv Grover, consultant plastic surgeon said, “The continued popularity of aesthetic plastic surgery, even through financially difficult times, demonstrates that the public sees real value in the psychological and physical improvement that can be achieved”.

It is quite astonishing as to how the trend of cosmetic surgery has changed in just few years. In past few years, PIP has been causing concern to many women. But the improved rates of breast implants have showed that women are not afraid of PIP implants any more.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that yesterday, the Pay-day loan firms became a subject of heated debate, as it has been found that the firms have been providing unsecure fund for cosmetic surgery. It has been informed that the firms have been providing loans for cosmetic surgeries like face lifts, breast enlargements, tummy tucks, gastric bands and liposuction.

Cosmetic surgeries are quite expensive. By offering unsecure loan to people, the Pay-day loan firms are actually playing with the future of the applicants as after getting the surgery done, the applicants would be making huge repayments.

The Pay-day loan firms have been accused of using models to attract applicants to their website and to take up the loan. Sites like that of Pay-day loan firms, claim of providing instant loan to the people but they don’t disclose as to how much they would be charging as interest. People are being urged to remain alert of such kind of fraudulent activities.
