2 Physiotherapists Run To Earn

Jared-KouisTwo young physiotherapists in NSW are going to choose a tough road to raise funds so that they are able to buy a bladder scanner for the Goulburn Base Hospital, NSW. Their target is to raise $15,000, said Xavier Macdonald and Jared Kouis.

They are going to start their cycling and marathon from tomorrow morning. Both would start cycling from Yass Hospital and would pedal 112 km to reach Crookwell. In the way, they would cross Jerrawa, Dalton and Gunning and would meet at Crookwell.

From there, they would pack their cycles in support cars and would start a full length marathon to reach at the Goldsmith Street Hospital. The journey would be quite tough, said both of them but they said that they have prepared quite hard for it. Now they just wish to reach at the finishing point and that too alive.

They would be supported by support cars which would be present at front and rear sides. One of the cars would only be filled by energy food and drinks. Macdonald said that for safety purpose, they have stocked up to three times more food than the average recommended food.

He further quipped that they would be going back to the feats time and would be consuming two Christmas dinners at one time. If their diet for one day is being compared then they would be consuming almost three times the food a normal person eats during a day.

More than a choice it would be their necessity to reach at the final point. They said that they would be able to raise money from supporters whom they would meet during their trip and would also put up a stall to raise funds. Both of them are positive that they would be able to raise desired amount.
