The healthcare industry is plagued with high cost treatments and this is becoming a major problem for people of the country in recent times. The hugely expensive treatment system wasn’t changed much by the Obama Administration. Disappointingly, it was done to basically obtain the cooperation by the American Hospital Association, the American Medical Association as well as the other huge pharmacy companies. Another motive was to achieve the expanding coverage goal.

The healthcare industry needs an uplift surgery, and this had to be done keeping in mind the interests of the common man. It’s because it’s the commoner who has been suffering due to the major hikes in healthcare treatment. People have to put up with long waiting lists and improper services, even after paying fortunes of money.

There is a need for the Government to device new plan of action which shall be based upon the needs and requirements of the general people. This shall help them in making the right choices for the healthcare industry in the long run. There is a need for cuts to be administered, but not at the cost of patient health and security. The needs and requirements of patients need to be the main issue while drafting policies.

“Movement on this issue is perceived by a lot of people as a way to participate in the federal government's wrong-headed behavior on health care. I would count myself as one of those people who is very concerned about what the federal government is doing”, said state Sen. David Hann, R-Eden Prairie.

There is need for a new system to be incorporated soon, which will take care of the patient needs as well as solve the purpose for the authorities, so that the healthcare industry can move in consistency with the ailing economic structure of the world.
