Regular consumption of fish lowers the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, while high consumption of red meats gives the opposite effect, a new study claimed.
A team of researchers from the University of Valencia tried to find out if there was a connection between the Mediterranean diet and causes linked to diabetes and cardiovascular risk.

Yesterday, there was yet another struggle held by Spanish government to impose a ban on smoking. And if it is put in place the way it has been designed then it is going be the harshest in Europe.
Not only public buildings, bars, restaurants and cafes but also outdoors near schools, hospitals and playgrounds will be areas where smoking is going to be prohibited.
