Rupert Murdoch’s iPad newspaper ‘The Daily’ is all set to be launched in UK. It is expected that it will come in the first half of this year, according to the reports from the Abu Dhabi Media Summit.

News Corp proprietor Rupert Murdoch will soon be releasing the digital national newspaper for tablet devices such as Apple's iPad.

In regard of this the digital newspaper will be coming in the form of paid app that entitles an application fee along with itself.

A rise of 28.5p in the shares of the satellite giant BSkyB was reported immediately after the release of the news on Rupert Murdoch's indication of bidding for the remaining 61% stake in BSkyB's shares.

Murdoch's News International already owns 39% of BSkyB's business. He has now announced his plans of bidding at 735p a share for the rest of the part.

With the 5% rise in its shares, BSkyB has presented the best show at the FTSE 100 index.

Rupert Murdoch, the CEO of News Corp., said that media sector have to take more risk to build strong foundation in the Middle-East. Opening media sector for the foreign players and reducing censorship are the way outs for the media sector to flourish in the region.
