As per reports, today a group of campaigners has lost its legal battle against the Norfolk incinerator when Judge Mr. Justice Nico dismissed all the claims, restricting the Grimston resident permission for a complete judicial review of the decision while directing Michael de Whalley, a member of the King's Lynn, to pay costs. This week, he had knocked the High Court while tagging the decision as “unlawful”.
Hospital Nurse Warned for Intimate Relation with Patient’s Spouse

In last few days, it was reported to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal that a female nurse has been found building sexual relation with the husband of a patient in the hospital. In this regard, the Disciplinary Tribunal has warned the nurses not to get involved into any such relations; else their career would be exhausted.

Former Newcastle Knights player and confessed drug dealer Danny Wicks, 25, was charged with allegations of supplying illegal drugs, including ecstasy and methamphetamine in 2009.
Police found $1200 cash stashed in a pair of underpants and 26.9 grams of methyl amphetamine wrapped in a pair of board shorts.

The Dubai Court of initial Instance on Thursday didn’t find guilty the 38-year-old Pakistani trader of cheating regarding a salary certificate and presenting it to the visa division at the British Embassy, for not having enough evidence.
Free lawyers given to poor defendants in Dubai

A legal representation in the UAE is going to be held from the first public defenders' office. It would be free of cost and it would be provided to one who is charged as a criminal in a Dubai court or one who can’t afford a lawyer.
The emirate's Community Development Authority (CDA) will be building this new service. They are hoping that it will be started before 2012.
The Supreme Court directed the government to respond to CAG report

The government of India was directed by the Supreme Court to take action on the CAG report which had clearly indicated massive irregularities and nepotism done purportedly by A Raja, the telecom minister in the scam regarding the allocation of 2G spectrum worth seventy thousand crores of rupees in the year of 2008.
Court Asks for Fresh Report on Raju’s Health

Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences is asked to submit a fresh report on the state of health of the main culprit B Ramalinga Raju in the multi-crore Satyam scam.
The first report on the same did not satisfy the court, hence it asked for a second one. The medical report did not mention that for how long Raju will be treated as an in-patient.
