Abu Dhabi's IPIC may sell bonds in euros and pounds

IPICRecently three people familiar to the sales fact has stated that Abu Dhabi’s International Petroleum Investment Co. may sell bonds in euros and pounds following investor meetings. The meetings will be held in cities including London, Amsterdam and Paris on 28th of February.

2015 and $1.5bn of bonds growing during 2020 was oversubscribed by 4.4 times, IPIC expressed in an electronic mail statement.

Ipic of Abu Dhabi has $20bn in liability

IpicThe Abu Dhabi government’s venture firm, International Petroleum Investment Company (Ipic), has $20.3 billion in long term and short-term liability on its accounts and its complete equity quantity to $14.6 billion, as per the official document.

Ferrostaal eying on doubling revenue from solar energy

IPICAbu Dhabi government owned German industrial contractor, Ferrostaal has announced to expand its solar business for increasing its revenue and fulfilling the growing energy needs of the region. The company, 70 per cent-owned by the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), will build solar energy based plants in the country for making optimum use of hugely available solar energy.

IPIC hikes its stake in OMV to 20.0%

IPIC-OMV-LOGOAbu Dhabi-based International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) is said to have increased its stake holding in Austrian fuels group OMV. The company now owns 51.5% of OMV's registered capital with the Austrian government but the mode of stake hike is yet to be confirmed.
