Best Islamic Bank title’ bagged by Dubai Bank

Dubai Bank was titled 'Best Islamic Bank' in the UAE and also 'Most Improved Bank.' The bank, which provided excellent customer service, bagged these awards mainly because of the prominent improvement in the overall ranking of Dubai Bank among all UAE-based banks.
UAE’s DED signs co-operation agreement with Dubai Bank

Under the agreement, Dubai Bank will present a detailed weekly report to DED covering all transactions and procedures that take place in the preceding week.
Further, the lender will also provide DED with electronic systems services for reviewing banking settlement.
Dubai Bank in Takaful alliance with Salama

The bank has entered into this alliance with the aim to expand its portfolio of Islamic insurance plans.
As per the terms of agreement, Salama will provide Dubai Bank customers a wide range of Shariah-compliant unit-linked funds through lumpsum investments as well as systematic investment plans.
Customers not satisfied with the service provided by banks during the ATM scam

Last week, a terror was spread around in the UAE, when some fraudsters used fake credit and debit cards to withdraw the money from the ATM. Following this new security measures are being introduced by the banks to fight the menace of fraudsters, and customers are also being instructed to change the passwords and codes of their debit and credit cards.
