Dubai's Arabtec Construction and Indian joint venture partner Raheja Developers have joined hands by signing a USD 204 million (750 million dirhams) contract for developing projects in New Delhi and Gurgaon.

The UAE construction major, Arabtec Construction has made a declaration that, it has got a letter of to receive two projects soon. The worth of both the projects will be AED356 million ($97 million).

The company has signed the first contract of AED219 million in Abu Dhabi. This has been signed to build the underground car park at the headquarters of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, also recognized as ADNOC.

Arabtec Construction has bagged a note of honor for two assignments worth a joint AED 623 million in the UAE.

The major constructing holding Arabtec group of Dubai is to offer allowing, building and MEP construction in addition to set up and background for two suburban towers in Abu Dhabi and a workers lodging in Fujairah.

As per the media reports, Monday saw an AED687 million contract being awarded by Ishraqah for Development, the Dubai-based property developer, to Arabtec Construction, for the Onyx Towers project in Dubai.

The Onyx Towers, to be situated next to Emaar Business Park, is a multi-purpose, freehold development.

International Capital Trading, a leading Abu Dhabi based investment company has announced that it has given a construction contract worth $436 million to a joint venture between Dubai-based Arabtec Construction and Abu Dhabi-based National Projects and Construction.

According to sources, the contract has been awarded for the Nation Towers project in Abu Dhabi.

The sources added that the project entails construction of two buildings comprising a 64-storey residential tower, a 50-storey hotel and office tower and a retail podium.
